The content you create stays yours. You grant us only the narrow licence needed to host, back up, and display it back to you and anyone you share it with.

You are responsible for making sure the content you upload does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. We may remove content that violates these Terms, and will tell you why where we are permitted to.

7. Third-Party Services

Focusly may link to or integrate with services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices, and including a link is not an endorsement.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Focusly is offered on a free tier and on paid subscription plans. Features listed on our Pricing page may change as the product evolves; we will not remove a material feature from a paid plan mid-term without notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude tax unless stated. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store them.

If a payment fails we may suspend paid features after giving you notice and a chance to update your details.

Refunds

Annual plans may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and will run to the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months, and we will always consider a fair exception if something went wrong on our side.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Focusly to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation

• Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the service

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

• Harvest data about other users

• Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or billing

Breaching this section may result in immediate suspension.

10. Disclaimer

Focusly is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Focusly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as permitted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Focusly against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these Terms, with notice where practical. On termination your licence ends and your content is deleted on the schedule set out in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law
